If you have a return ticket, make sure you tick the options for both the outbound and inbound parts of the journey if you require e-vouchers for both. Please note we’re unable to process separate requests for the same booking. You’ll need to apply for all the vouchers you need for your booking in one go.
Submitting this form will cancel your trip and request an e-voucher for all passengers included on your booking. You’ll receive separate vouchers for each passenger. For return journeys, you’ll receive separate vouchers per person for each part of the trip. The individual vouchers will add up to the full value of your previous booking.
If you only need to request a voucher for some passengers on your booking but not all, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this form.
If your train has been cancelled by us on any date we’ll issue an e-voucher valid for 12 months. Please submit your request within 60 days of your initial outbound travel date.
