I've lost something, who do I contact?

The Lost property department is currently closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic and we will not be taking luggage bookings at present. For further information please email lost.property@eurostar.com

All non-perishable items are kept at the lost property office at the station where the item was found, or at the arrival station for items left on the train.
You may need to pay collection and/or storage charges. If you’d like your item posted back, a fee will be payable to the lost property office.
If you live in the UK or the EU, a courier service is also available.

All perishables are disposed of at the end of each working day.

When contacting a lost property office, make sure you have the following details to hand:

  • date when the item was lost
  • train number (coach & seat number if possible)
  • description of the item
  • your contact details and address
