My e-voucher’s about to expire, can I extend it?
Just so you know, we won’t be extending the validity of your e-vouchers or gift vouchers beyond June 2022. But with our flexible tickets, you can book safe in the knowledge that you can rearrange your trip if you need to. Find out more about our flexible ticket conditions . Tickets on the direct* Eurostar train to Lyon, Avignon and Marseille go on sale 280 days in advance. Direct trains to the French Alps go on sale each July. Direct trains to Disneyland® Paris may be booked further in advance by calling 03432 186 186. Journeys with a connection to the French train network (e.g. TGV) can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Trips from your home station in the UK can be booked 84 days before your return date, though this varies by train company. *Our Lyon-South of France trains go direct from the UK but go via Lille on the way back. This is because there aren’t any ticket gates, security or passport checks at Lyon Part Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles or Avignon TGV. These will take place in Lille. On the way to the UK, you’ll need to arrive at Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles or Avignon TGV 20 minutes before departure.
Eurostar e-vouchers are usually valid as follows:
