Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Whether or not you can get a refund and if you can request it online depends on which travel class you chose and how you booked.

Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus
You can get a refund with a £25/€25/$40 fee per leg, per person up to seven days before departure.* You can’t change your departure or destination stations.
Eurostar Premier
Tickets are refundable with no fee up until 48 hours after your original departure time. Tickets are non-refundable more than 48 hours after your original departure time.
