Can I take my bike on Eurostar?

We’re hoping to relaunch our bike service in the Summer months. Due to changes to customs rules post-Brexit, we won’t be able to offer a full service at first. Instead, we’ll launch a limited service for fully assembled bikes or disassembled bikes in your own bag on selected trains between Paris and London. We’re working hard to agree a formal process for registered luggage with the authorities from each country we operate in.

We’ll post more information on our Bikes on board page as soon as we know more.

Until we’re able to relaunch our bike service, we’re unable to accept any bookings for fully assembled bikes or boxed bikes. If you'd like to take these types of bikes with you in the meantime, we recommend that you contact a courier service to take them to your destination. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

You can still bring a folding bike or children's bike on board as long as it is no longer than 85cm in length and it's carried in a protective bag which covers the whole bike. This is to protect your bike, other people and their luggage at the station, when going through security, and on board.

The bike will be considered as one of your items of luggage in terms of luggage allowance.
