What happens if my Eurostar train is cancelled?

Unfortunately, sometimes we need to cancel trains. If your journey’s affected, we’ll give you as much notice as possible.

We’ll contact you by email and/or text message, so please ensure the contact details you provide when booking are the best ones to get in touch.

If you haven’t travelled yet and your train is cancelled, you can either exchange your ticket for free or claim an e-voucher or a refund. Find out more
