Can I change my connecting tickets?

Journeys with a TGV INOUI connection (for destinations in France)
If you booked on eurostar.com, visit Manage your booking to cancel your connection.
 
If you booked through a third party, please contact them directly to cancel your connection.
 
Journeys with an SNCB connection (for destinations in Belgium)
If you want to travel on an SNCB train at a different time, you don’t need to change your ticket as long as:
 
a) your travel date stays the same.
b) you don’t need to change your booked Eurostar train.
 
This is because you can travel on any SNCB train on your route. Just make sure you allow enough time to connect, including time for security and immigration (if you’re travelling to London).
 
If you need to change your Eurostar train or travel date, please visit Manage your booking on eurostar.com. Changes and cancellations apply to everyone in your booking. If you want to make changes separately, please book tickets individually.
 
Journeys with a TGV Lyria connection (for destinations in Switzerland)
If you want to cancel and/or exchange your whole end-to-end journey, visit Manage your booking.
 
If you want to cancel and/or exchange part of your journey, please contact our customer service team.
 
Fare conditions
Any changes are subject to the original fare conditions. Do check them when you’re buying tickets.
