I purchased a subscription pass but can’t see it in my account. What happened?

Don’t worry, even if you can’t see it we promise it’s still there. You can continue to buy tickets at the discounted rate and enjoy all the benefits that come with a Frequent or Premium Pass.

Book your ticket as normal by:
•    Logging into your account
•    Selecting the destination and date of travel
•    Choosing Frequent or Premium Pass
•    Purchasing your ticket at the discounted rate

If you can’t view your subscription pass in your account, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to do some digging and ensure your pass is visible again.
You’ll receive an email one month before the end of your subscription, inviting you to renew.
