Should I mention that I am a subscriber when buying a ticket?

Yes. Your subscription pass provides access to discounted fares, so ensure you state that you are a subscriber during the booking process.

Please note you must be logged into your Club Eurostar account to purchase Premium or Frequent Pass tickets. This is required regardless of your purchase method (online, telephone or agency).
