From 23 April, tickets will be available for travel in our new travel classes Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier*
*For travel on or after 4 November

Your fast and flexible way to travel from city to city in Europe. 

Eurostar Plus:
Choose a little extra, including more space to work or relax and an extra comfy seat for the journey. 

Eurostar Premier (For travel on or after 4 November):
Our signature Eurostar experience for work trips or pleasure, designed around you. Sit back, relax, unwind and arrive. 

Travelling to and from London

Eurostar Standard

• Exchange with no fee up to 1 hour before departure. You'll need to pay any difference in fare.

• Refundable up to 7 days pre-departure for €/£25    

• 2 pieces of luggage + 1 small daypack/handbag

Important information relating to boarding guarantee.

Boarding guarantee is available to Business Premier ticket holders for departures from St Pancras, Ebbsfleet (currently closed), Ashford (currently closed), Paris and Brussels only.

This is the guarantee of a seat (this could be in a lower class) on their desired train when Business Premier is fully booked on the day of travel.

Customers who are accepted for travel on the service of their choice are not guaranteed a meal and compensation is not applicable if travel is in a lower class than Business Premier

If we can't offer the customer a seat in any class of service, we offer an e-voucher for 25% of the ticket price or, for Club Eurostar members, the equivalent credit of bonus points (Please email traveller care with PNR and customer preference).
