Can I get a refund for any Club Eurostar points I used to book a Train + Hotel package?
Yes. You can get your points returned to your account, but you must cancel your entire package.
To be eligible for a refund, both of the following must apply:
- Your train ticket is refundable.
- Your hotel booking allows cancellation.
