Can I change my booking?
Date and time
If you'd like to travel on a different date or at a different time, we’ll be happy to exchange your ticket.
If you’re travelling in Standard or Standard Premier, you can change your ticket before the planned departure of your original train, – subject to availability – by paying a fee (£30 for Standard, £40 for Standard Premier) plus any difference in fare, per person per leg of the journey. If the new fare is less expensive, unfortunately we can't refund the difference.
Please note that the exchange fee and any extra fare must be paid for using the card you used to make the original booking.
Business Premier tickets can be changed free of charge up to 60 days after your planned departure.
If you booked at eurostar.com, simply go to Manage a booking and log in using your six-letter booking reference and last name.
You'll then be able to change the time or date on your ticket, and choose your seat (subject to availability).
If you booked at our ticket office or over the phone, call 03432 186 186 or visit us at the station to change your ticket.
Please note that a service fee of £10 per transaction applies to Standard and Standard Premier bookings and exchanges made over the phone or at the station.
If you booked through a travel agent, please get in touch with them to organise an exchange.

If you change your mind about where you're going, you'll need to buy a new ticket.
Only the person named on the ticket may use it, but don’t worry if you’ve just made a tiny spelling mistake. There’s no need to let us know, just turn up and travel as normal.
If your passport or ID's in your maiden name but your ticket's in your married name, just bring a copy of your marriage certificate with you when you travel. There’s no need to make any changes to your booking or let us know in advance.
If someone else would like to travel, they'll need to book a new ticket.
