How can I pay for my Eurostar ticket?

Booking on eurostar.com or over the phone
You’ll need to pay for your ticket when you book, so have a debit or credit card to hand, as well as any e-vouchers you’d like to spend. Just so you know, there’s a £3 booking fee if you use a credit card.

  • We accept:
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Maestro (GBP only)
  • Switch (GBP only)
  • Visa Electron (GBP only)
  • Delta (GBP only) cards

If you’re collecting your tickets at the station, don’t forget to bring your payment card with you.

Please note that a service fee of £10 per call now applies to Standard and Standard Premier bookings made over the phone.

Booking at the station

If you don’t have a credit or debit card, you can buy tickets with cash at our ticket offices at St
Pancras International, Ashford International, Ebbsfleet International, Paris Gare du Nord or Brussels-Midi/Zuid. Some travel agents and local train stations may also sell Eurostar tickets.

Please note that we can only accept British pounds at UK stations and Euros at Continental stations, and a service fee of £10/€14 per transaction now applies to Standard and Standard Premier bookings made at our ticket offices.
