I purchased a subscription ticket that does not match my subscription. Can I be reimbursed?
If you made a mistake during the booking process, you can exchange your subscription ticket, or be reimbursed, as the sales conditions of your ticket allow you to do so.
The Frequent and Premium Pass Fare can be exchanged up to one hour after the departure of your train.
You can request a refund up to one day after the date indicated on your ticket.
Please note that no refund will be issued if you have to change the ticket to the correct type on board.
