Fare conditions
 
Each travel class has its own conditions, too. These affect how and when you can change your ticket, and whether or not you can cancel your trip and get a refund.
 
Standard
You can change the date or time of your journey – subject to availability – before the planned departure of your original train, by paying a fee of £30 and any difference in fare. These tickets are non-refundable.
 
Standard Premier
You can change the date or time of your journey – subject to availability – before the planned departure of your original train, by paying a fee of £40 and any difference in fare. These tickets are non-refundable.
 
Business Premier
You can change the date or time of your journey – subject to availability – free of charge, or request a full refund any time before or up to 60 days after departure.
