What changes are being made to Club Eurostar points redemptions?
From 29 October 2026, we’re making some changes to points redemptions for journeys to and from London.
The number of points needed for a Value or Anytime reward ticket will increase by 10%.
We’re also changing how upgrades from Eurostar Standard to Eurostar Plus work. Value upgrades will require fewer points but have limited availability, while Anytime upgrades will require more points and have no restrictions on availability.
We’re also updating the number of points needed for upgrades.
