What happens if Eurostar cancels my train?

Unfortunately, we sometimes need to cancel trains. If your journey’s affected, we’ll do our best to give you as much notice as possible.

We’ll get in touch by email or SMS so please check the contact details in your booking.

If you haven’t travelled yet and your train is cancelled you can either claim an e-voucher or exchange your ticket fee-free in Manage Your Booking or claim a refund.
