Why am I being told there are no trains available?

There are a few reasons you might be told that no trains are available.

We’ve had to adapt our timetable
Sometimes we need to amend our timetable due to operational reasons such as engineering works, visit our travel news page for the latest updates.

Our trains are fully booked
Weekends and bank holidays in particular are always very busy so try looking at another date if you can.

You’re too early to book
Click here to see when our trains go on sale

You want to travel on Christmas day
Sorry, Eurostar trains don’t run on 25 December.
