How can I purchase or renew a Frequent or Premium Pass?

Purchasing a subscription pass?

You can purchase Frequent or Premium Passes on our website with your credit or debit card. Subscription passes can only be purchased in euros.

If you chose the bank transfer option, you have until your selected start date to pay. If the payment doesn't reach us before this date, your pass will be automatically cancelled, and you won’t see it in your account.

If you experience payment or account issues when purchasing your subscription pass, please contact the team via our online webform, choosing the option ‘Club Eurostar and subscription pass’. Otherwise, please find alternative contact options here.

If you want to change the start date of your subscription pass or change your payment method, you can do so anytime by contacting us.


Looking for an invoice for your subscription pass?

You can download your invoices for current and past subscription passes as a PDF file from your Club Eurostar account on the website and in the app.


Renewing your subscription pass?

You’ll receive an email one month before the end of your contract, inviting you to renew. Subscription passes can only be purchased in euros.

We do not offer subscription passes on travel from or to London.
