What time should I arrive at the station?
We don’t want the train to leave without you. When you need to arrive at the station depends on which route you’re travelling on.
Travelling to and from London
Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus
Please arrive at your departure station at the time shown on your ticket. This will allow enough time for ticket, security and border checks (including, where applicable, Entry/Exit System (EES) registration).

Ticket checks close 30 minutes before departure. But please ensure you follow our advice and do not arrive just before ticket checks close.
To make sure it's up to date, download your ticket close to your travel date.

Travelling between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany
We recommend arriving around 20-30 minutes before your train leaves.
Don’t cut it too fine – be ready to board at least five minutes before departure (ten minutes when leaving from Paris Gare du Nord).

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your train leaves.
You must be on your platform at least 2 minutes before departure.
