How long do I have to exchange a ticket purchased with my subscription Pass?
Your subscription pass allows you to enjoy greater flexibility when travelling. Both Premium and Frequent Pass tickets can be exchanged and reimbursed:
- Unlimited exchanges up until 1 hour after departure, as indicated on your ticket.
- A full refund up until 1 day after your initial departure, as indicated on your ticket.
- Purchased a Frequent Pass ticket? Any price difference between the old and new ticket will apply.
If you wish to exchange your ticket for another train on the same day - you can enjoy flexible fare access to trains on the same route.
Frequent Pass and flexible access to framing trains
If you have the Frequent Pass subscription, you can enjoy free access to ""framing"" trains (those immediately before or after the train you had originally booked). This must be on the same day, on the same route with a refundable and/or exchangeable ticket.
Please note that this is subject to availability. A seat and seat catering service in Premium are not guaranteed.
Premium Pass and flexible access to trains that day
If you are a Premium Pass subscriber and have a Premium, Comfort or Standard ticket, you can enjoy free flexible access to all trains on the same day and on the same route.
Ticket flexibility is subject to availability. There is no guarantee of a seat or the full Premium service.
