I paid for my subscription pass by bank transfer, but it has not yet been activated by Eurostar. How long will it take?

Sit tight. Payment validation can vary from 24 hours to 10 days, depending on the country where the payment was initiated.

Please note you cannot download an invoice of your subscription pass yet (you’ll be able to soon!).
