What happens if Eurostar cancels my train?

During disruption, we sometimes need to cancel trains. If your journey’s affected, we’ll do our best to give you as much notice as possible.

We’ll get in touch by email or phone so please check the contact details on your booking.
If your train’s cancelled, you can use our Online Free Exchange tool to rearrange your journey (if available).

If you haven’t travelled yet and your train is cancelled you can either claim an evoucher, exchange your ticket or claim a refund.
