Yes, you can take your medication with you, but if you have equipment like an oxygen cylinder, insulin syringes or a large amount of medication, please bring a letter from your doctor to show at secur...

Unlike some airlines, there are no restrictions for travelling on Eurostar when pregnant....

Why isn’t my connection working, despite the on board wi-fi signal being strong?

Our free wi-fi uses 3G and 4G signals en route. Due to the nature of the mobile connections, the quality of Internet connection will vary....

Can I smoke or vape on board?

No. No smoking of any kind is allowed on board....

Can I book a meal on a connecting train (e.g. TGV)?

We can only guarantee you a meal on the Eurostar part of your journey (if you’re travelling in Standard Premier or Business Premier). Some European trains have a bar buffet though....

Why can’t I download the Eurostar app on board?

To make sure everyone can enjoy a seamless connection, we’ve restricted app downloads on board....

The wi-fi isn’t working. Will you refund my ticket?

Our wi-fi and entertainment is free for all travellers, so it’s not a service that is included in our compensation policy....

Are you restricting data usage or access to some websites? Can I access Netflix on board?

To make sure everyone can enjoy a seamless connection, we limit connection speed, access to some video and music streaming site...

Why is more content available when using the Eurostar app?

There are certain usage rights that we need to stick to, and making content available on the app means it’s protected from being copied or shared onto other devices....

How secure is the network?

Although the network is an open network, we’ve implemented lots of safeguards, so it shouldn’t be possible for other users to get unauthorised access to your device....

We don’t have an iPad app yet, but you can access our onboard entertainment by going to onboard.eurostar.com on your web browser....

What will you do with my name and email address?

You’ll need to enter your name and email address to log into our wi-fi...

Are under 16s allowed to travel alone on the London to Rotterdam/Amsterdam Centraal route and between Brussels and Rotterdam/Amsterdam Centraal?

No, children under 16 are not allowed to travel on their own from London to Rotterdam and Amsterdam or between Brussels and the Netherlands....
