Can I get a refund instead of an e-voucher?

If you were delayed by more than 60 minutes, you can claim compensation in the form of a partial refund instead of an e-voucher.

Just fill in this form within 60 days of the disruption. Here’s what you’ll get:

60-119 minutes25% of the value of the affected ticket
120 minutes or more50% of the value of the affected ticket
Refunds will be returned within 14 days of us receiving your claim.
