How do I access my travel history after 60 days?

We recommend that customers download their tickets and purchase confirmations after booking, as they’re only available on our website for 60 days after the date of the return trip.

Your receipt can be accessed online from the 'Manage Booking' link as soon as the ticket is purchased, up to 60 days after the return trip. After this, we will not be able to provide you with a booking confirmation or a receipt for your journey.

However, we can send you a summary of your travel history including price paid in an Excel spreadsheet. This information can be provided for bookings where you can provide clear identification that the bookings were made by you.

Please complete our Data Request Form providing all the information required in order for us to complete your request.
