How do I get my tickets if I have booked a connecting rail journey? - Eurostar Help Centre

How do I get my tickets if I have booked a connecting rail journey?

If you book online, we'll send you an email with your booking reference(s), which you can use to get your tickets.

UK National Rail tickets
Use the first booking reference from your confirmation email to collect your tickets from a National Rail ticket machine.

The second, six-letter booking reference is for your Eurostar tickets. Use this to log in to Manage a booking to send them to your phone or print them at home, otherwise find them in the Eurostar app.

If you’d rather collect your tickets from a Eurostar machine, you’ll need the credit or debit card you used to book.

If you go to the ticket office, the cardholder will need to be there with some ID.

TGV tickets
You’ll be sent one booking reference which you can use to get both your Eurostar and TGV tickets.

Just bring your payment card to the station to collect both tickets from a Eurostar or TGV ticket machine.

If you go to the ticket office, the cardholder will need to be there with some ID.

Thalys tickets
You’ll be sent one booking reference which you can use to get both your Eurostar and Thalys tickets.

Log in to Manage a booking to print both tickets at home, or bring your payment card to the station to collect them from a Eurostar ticket machine.

If you go to the ticket office, the cardholder will need to be there with some ID.
